To put it very simply, native Texan Leslie Satcher is Nashville songwriting royalty. Best known for her huge hit songs “When God Fearin’ Women Get The Blues” by Martina McBride, “Troubadour” by George Strait and the Gretchen Wilson & Merle Haggard hit “Politically Uncorrect”.
Leslie’s songs have been recorded by a veritable who’s who of the music world. Her list of cuts include Willie Nelson, Trace Adkins, Jason Aldean, Kellie Pickler, Lee Ann Womack, Blake Shelton, Vince Gill, Reba, Sheryl Crow, Bonnie Raitt, Sheila E., Ariana Grande and dozens more. She has received multiple BMI “Million-Air” awards recognizing a song’s one millionth airplay and her incomparable vocals contribute to an astounding number of Grammy, CMA & ACM award winning projects.
While maintaining a heavy songwriting schedule at Notting Hill Music with some of music’s biggest talents, Leslie is constantly performing nationally & internationally and is often found doing benefits for those less fortunate with friends Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Paul Overstreet and others.
